For our production in Däniken SO, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and quality-conscious personality to strengthen our team as an Industrial Painter or Car Body Painter. With us, you do not paint large surfaces. The focus is on small, sometimes very delicate plastic components, where highest precision, even paint application, and a pronounced eye for surface quality are decisive. Your tasks • Manual painting of small and sophisticated plastic components with a spray gun • Precise painting of fine geometries, edges, and visible surfaces • Independent setup and adjustment of spray guns and painting parameters • Preparation and mixing of paints, hardeners, and thinners according to specifications • Preparing, cleaning, and if necessary, masking the components to be painted • Ensuring an even and high-quality paint application • Independent visual and quality control of the painted parts • Recognizing, assessing, and correcting painting errors • Cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, tools, and painting equipment • Carrying out regular maintenance work on painting systems and devices • Recognizing and rectifying minor technical malfunctions • Collaboration in the optimization of existing painting processes as well as with new products and projects • Compliance with our quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Your profile • Completed training as Industrielackierer/in EFZ, Carrosserielackierer/in EFZ, or a comparable training • Very good practical experience in manual spray painting • Experience in plastic painting is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement • Experience with small, sophisticated, or delicate components is an advantage • Experience with 2K paint systems is an advantage • Steady and very precise hand • Pronounced eye for surface quality, color uniformity, and the smallest painting errors • Technical understanding of spray guns and painting systems • Independent, careful, and reliable way of working • High sense of quality and responsibility • Ability to work in a team and flexibility • Good German skills What to expect at TopCoat • 13th month salary • 5 weeks holiday • A varied and responsible activity • Demanding painting work on high-quality plastic components • A lot of manual work and personal responsibility • Modern painting and coating technology • Different products and interesting customer projects • Clean and professional workplaces • Thorough induction into our special plastic and coating processes • A collegial and motivated team • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Contemporary employment conditions • Long-term perspective in an innovative Swiss company Have we aroused your interest?
