HR Business Partner

For our client, a renowned institution of public law based in Bern, we are looking for a strategically thinking and implementation-strong personality as HR Business Partner 60%, effective immediately or by arrangement. In this demanding key function, you will actively shape the HR processes and act as a trusted sparring partner for the management level. Your main tasks: • Holistic consulting: Competent support and advice for managers in all HR-relevant issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle. • Talent acquisition: Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in close, partnership-based cooperation with line managers. • Organizational development: Active support and accompaniment of demanding change and transformation processes within the organization. • Care & conflict management: Professional support of employees during long-term absences (illness/accident) as well as solution-oriented moderation in conflict situations involving internal and external stakeholders. • Project work: Conceptual collaboration in strategic and operational HR projects (digitization projects, optimization of HR tools, and further development of employer branding). Qualifications Your profile: • Sound education: Completed university or technical college degree with a focus on Human Resources. • Professional experience: Several years of sound practice as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable, strategic-operational HR function. • Language competence (key factor): Stylistically confident German or French skills (native speaker level) with very good, business-fluent knowledge of the other language respectively for daily exchange in the bilingual environment. • Core competencies: Distinct advisory, communication, and social competence paired with a highly networked, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. • Personality: Independent, implementation-strong personality with a high joy of creation and elan for cooperation with various demanding target groups.
