Group Manager - Electricity (LV)

In your capacity as Manager of the LV Operation and Troubleshooting group, your objective will be to guarantee the availability of the electrical supply on the low voltage distribution network and to ensure emergency interventions. The Operation unit of the Electricity Distribution Activity has the mission to guarantee the management, operation, and troubleshooting of the HV/MV/LV network, to ensure network quality, and to design innovative solutions intended for the supervision and control of the network and its structures.

As part of your function, you will notably be in charge of:

• Guaranteeing the continuity of the electrical supply of the low voltage network and arbitrating between safety, continuity of service, works, maintenance, and customer expectations;
• Developing and proposing troubleshooting policies and organizing their implementation;
• Ensuring technical communication related to breakdowns and planned outages;
• Organizing the group's activities as well as HR management and development.

You are rigorous, methodical, and endowed with a spirit of initiative and teamwork. Your autonomy, your keen sense of organization and planning, as well as your ability to lead a group are essential assets. You know how to adapt, resist stress, and manage complex situations. Your ease in communication and your ability to convince allow you to succeed in your negotiations. On the technical level, you master computer systems for network operation and management, possess in-depth knowledge of the electrical network, as well as a good command of MS Office applications and calculation and planning tools.

Your academic background:

• A HES engineering degree, a network electrician mastership, or an electrical installer mastership is desired.

This position also requires participation in the on-call service and a category B driver's license.
