Tasks

• As a construction manager, you are responsible for the projects until technical and financial completion.
• You take over the project from project coordinators and check the information.
• In coordination with the customers, you work out the details and set everything necessary in motion.
• During the implementation phase, you lead the employees on the construction sites in a technical respect.
• You check all necessary services (system technology assembly, microwave link assembly, commissioning, measurements, functional tests, etc.).
• You are responsible for the surveys, walk tests, kick-offs.
• You ensure compliance with all regulations regarding occupational safety and accident prevention and ensure a high execution quality through continuous quality monitoring.
• For the conclusion, you create the corresponding documentation (incl. test and measurement results) and complete the project with the acceptance with the customer.

Your area of application is in the greater Bern area. ##

Profile:

• a completed basic training in an electrotechnical profession
• understanding and experience in mobile communications as well as in the commissioning of mobile communications systems (Huawei, Ericsson etc.)
• a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness, quality awareness

and high flexibility (interregional travel possible)

• free from vertigo
• suitable for masts (willingness to work on the antenna mast)
• high customer orientation as well as strong teamwork skills
• independent - with an eye for the big picture
• driver's license Cat. B
• good PC skills
• willingness to operate projects for different customers (Swisscom, Salt, Huawei, Sunrise)
• good German and English skills, further language skills are an advantage
