Job Description

As Laboratory Manager, you will report to the Head of Quality.

Your main mission will be to steer and organize all activities of the Watchmaking Laboratory in order to contribute to the quality, reliability, and performance of the products.

In this context, you will be in charge of :

• Managing the qualification activities of new products
• Guaranteeing the adequacy between the workload, capacities, testing resources, and available skills by ensuring everyone's versatility
• Providing technical and analytical support to departments and other areas of activity within the company, by actively participating in internal meetings and continuous improvement processes
• Collecting and analyzing customer and internal product issues
• Proposing adapted solutions and contributing to the securing of future developments
• Participating in the definition and evolution of product criteria in order to meet the Group's quality requirements, notably by participating in the research and development of new measuring devices and specific tooling

Qualifications

• You hold a HES Engineering degree (engineering / microtechniques / watchmaking) or an equivalent training
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in the watchmaking field.
• Possessing a unifying spirit, you demonstrate leadership and enjoy cross-functional exchanges
• Dynamic, you are proactive, demonstrate organization, and possess a developed analytical mind
