As part of the establishment of a new department, Primus AG is looking for a motivated personality for the processing of customer dossiers that require additional clarifications - for example in the case of customers who can no longer be reached, changes of address, changes of ownership or cessation of business.

Tasks

• Check dossiers from the field service and clarify open questions
• Research and verify contact details of customers, companies, owners and operators
• Carry out targeted clarifications in public registers and with authorities
• Clarify changes of address, company and owner changes as well as changes to buildings
• If necessary, establish telephone contact with customers, companies and authorities
• Update data in our internal systems and document the research
• Forward clarified dossiers to the field service and collaborate with various departments

Requirements

• Commercial or administrative training or equivalent professional experience
• Curious and analytical mindset as well as enjoyment of research and problem solving
• Careful, organized, independent and persistent way of working
• Confident handling of telephone, IT applications and online research
• Good German and French skills are mandatory; Italian is an advantage
