Your tasks

• You bring experience in leadership and management, ideally in the administrative area.
• You independently plan and coordinate complex consultation appointments from five different specialist disciplines.
• You look forward to active telephone contact with patients and their relatives as well as referrers, general practitioners, physicians, insurance companies and external services.
• You edit consultation and discharge reports, perform general secretarial tasks and take over deputy tasks during absences.
• Personnel leadership and duty planning of the medical secretaries in the Zentrum für Medizin.
• Recruitment of new employees in cooperation with the Zentrumskoordinator / Zentrumskoordinatorin.
• Contact person for the CA, LA, nursing management and Zentrumskoordinator / Zentrumskoordinatorin.

Your profile

• Training as a commercial employee or Medical Practice Assistant or Healthcare Specialist, ideally with further training as a Medical Secretary and with experience in a clinic or practice operation
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology, proficient German and good IT user knowledge
• Efficient, exact and reliable way of working
• Empathic, service-oriented and resilient team player
