To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed specialist who speaks German / Albanian / Croatian / Turkish / Farsi / Dari / Spanish or Portuguese, takes responsibility, and acts professionally. As part of the outreach family support, you work independently and resource-oriented - directly in the living environment of the families. Your work strengthens and empowers parents to successfully shape their educational daily life and makes an important contribution to child protection. Your tasks: • You accompany and coach parents in their direct educational environment, promote their competencies, and empower them to a successful lifestyle. • You organize and accompany visits between children and separated parents. • You strengthen children and young people in individual accompaniment in their immediate living environment. • You identify resources and risks in the area of child protection and create well-founded recommendations for the assigning authorities. • Systemic thinking is a matter of course for you and shapes your attitude and professional actions. • You work participatively and resource-oriented and thus actively contribute to the improvement of the family situation. • You lead case-related files and create reports according to internal guidelines. • You participate in regular location discussions and are in case-related exchange with other specialists. Your profile: Requirements for employment are: • Completed training in social pedagogy, social work, childhood pedagogy, or psychology at the HF / FH or university level (foreign qualifications must be officially recognized in Switzerland). • At least two years of professional experience in social pedagogical work with children, young people, and families (part-time employment is considered proportionally). Additionally, you bring: • Ability to apply well-founded specialist knowledge independently and purposefully and develop individual solutions for families. • High ability and enthusiasm for self-organized work. • Resilience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations and set priorities. • Impeccable German language skills in word and writing. • Flexibility regarding scheduling as well as willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.
