Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) 100%
Your responsibility
Operational purchasing including invoice verification p2p
Negotiation of technical requirements including consumables
Checking of order confirmations, deadline tracking, and dunning management
Master data management, data archiving, and creation of evaluations
Semi-annual / annual closing work in cooperation with the finance department
Value-oriented cooperation with specialist departments and suppliers
Successful completion of measures to achieve purchasing goals
Participation in the further development of purchasing
Your profile
Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ), preferably with further training in the field of purchasing or invoice verification
Technical and also legal understanding is an advantage
Enjoyment of administrative activities with the necessary attention to detail
Independent way of working, strong communication skills, and persistence in the implementation of goals
Business fluent in German as well as good English skills (written/oral)
Sound ERP and MS Office knowledge
