What I drive ##

Developers Digital Business EFZ are the bridge between business and IT. You analyze business processes, identify potential for improvement, and work on digital solutions that make our company even more efficient. In doing so, you participate in exciting projects and engage in exchange with specialists from different areas. You evaluate data, visualize results, and support making well-founded decisions. Furthermore, you help with the introduction of new digital solutions, create documentation and training materials, and actively accompany changes within the company.

What is required for this ##

• Good performance in mathematics, German and English
• Interest in digital technologies, data and economic contexts
• Analytical and networked thinking abilities
• Joy in organizing, presenting and communicating
• Ability to work in a team and openness in dealing with different people
