For a renowned and Switzerland-wide leading service company in the field of modern Facility Management, we are looking for a leadership-experienced and service-oriented personality. Site Manager*in 100% Your activities: • You take over the operational, qualitative, financial and personnel responsibility for the support services for several customer mandates in the healthcare sector. • You continuously lead, promote and develop your team of around 55 employees. • You maintain constant, close customer contact and act as a competent contact person for technical questions. • You are responsible for all support services, ensure a high-quality service and guarantee strict compliance with all hygiene guidelines. • You carry out regular quality controls, actively coach your employees and support them in daily business. • You work closely in an interdisciplinary manner with other specialist departments and interfaces. • You plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and optimize all workflows in your sites. • You independently recruit new workers for your teams. • You manage and coordinate all material, machine and equipment orders efficiently. • You complete all administrative tasks reliably and thereby bear full budget responsibility. Qualifications • You have completed training or further education in the field of housekeeping, cleaning or Facility Management as well as several years of sound professional experience. • You have already been able to gain valuable professional experience in the healthcare sector and/or in high-end hospitality. • You possess proven, several years of leadership experience and are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality. • You are a personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality and possess a strong sense of organization and coordination. • You convince through your structured, solution-oriented and exact way of working. • You are characterized by a high degree of service orientation, flexibility and independence. • You possess very good German skills in speaking and writing (other languages are of great advantage). • You are absolutely proficient in handling common MS Office applications. • You mandatory possess a driving license of category B as well as your own car. • You bring the necessary flexibility for 24/7 availability and occasionally accompany your cleaning employees on evening shifts.
