• In cooperation with the management team, you are responsible for participating in the further development of nursing
• You bear the responsibility for a continuously improved quality of care at the ward level in cooperation with the management team
• You are co-responsible for the implementation of efficient, effective, and appropriate nursing care, taking the framework conditions into account

Your experience ###

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree in nursing
