Your tasks

• You independently carry out repair, maintenance, and restoration work in the property and ensure its professional operation.
• You take over key management, look after the vehicles and are responsible for security checks as well as the corresponding documentation.
• You coordinate external tradespeople, control completed work, check offers and take over the accounting of invoices. In addition, you lead or accompany pest control measures in cooperation with external specialist companies.
• You organize transports and clearances, set up office and living spaces and ensure the management of inventory, cleaning agents and cleaning equipment.
• You coordinate and accompany employees from employment programs professionally and work closely with the socio-pedagogical team.
• You process orders in the order management system, organize events and room reservations including media checks and take over on-call services according to the deployment plan.

Your profile

• Completed manual-technical training (e.g., Specialist Facility Management EFZ) or equivalent qualification as well as driving license Cat. B
• Sound practical and implementation experience in property maintenance or in a comparable manual-technical environment
• Manual skills in various trades as well as basic knowledge in safety, cleaning and technical systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with IT systems for building and property management
• Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2, ideally C1)
• Independent, reliable and resilient personality with high commitment as well as openness in dealing with people from different cultures and team-oriented, appreciative communication
