Mandated by a CMS in the canton of Vaud we are looking for

Job description ###

-You intervene at the patients' homes in order to provide personalized nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, and socio-cultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment.
-You ensure a management that respects the autonomy and choices of the patients, within a benevolent, reassuring, and soothing framework.
-You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment carried out, the care provided, and the orientations chosen.

Profile ###

-You hold a HES Nurse diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross

• 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland
• You have a vehicle and are less than 30 min from Morges - Mandatory
• You have excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field
• You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques.
• You possess strong relational and social skills with residents
• Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented
