For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a: PPE Manager Your missions Ensure the management and the technical and financial administration as well as the maintenance and enhancement of a varied portfolio of Propriétés Par Etages. Be the contact person for co-owners, companies, partners, authorities, etc., Ensure the technical management of the common areas of the PPE, such as: \- managing claims, \- managing maintenance and renovation work, \- processing invoices, \- managing the concierge service. Establish a budget and ensure its follow-up, Convene the general assembly, preside over it, ensure the establishment of the minutes and guarantee the follow-up of decisions, Convene and ensure the conduct of committees, Carry out correspondence related to the PPE. Profile of the person sought: You possess a CFC as a commercial employee and have completed additional training in the real estate field (Immobail/Immotechnique), You appreciate the diversity of activities that leads you to deal with both questions related to building technology and to lead ordinary general assemblies and management committees, You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate very good priority management.
