MCR Technician / Building Automation (a) 100% \- Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate \- Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production zone (temperature, humidity, pressure) \- Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST languages \- Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra) \- Processing of tickets and daily work reports \- Participation in projects in the field of MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB and implementation of defined actions \- Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements \- Management of subcontractors \- Participation in the on-call service \- Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS) \- Good knowledge of building technical management \- Knowledge of Beckhoff controllers, Aveva supervision (Wonderware) and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus), would be an asset \- Mastery of French (C1) and English level B1, an asset \- Ease with IT tools and good mastery of excel \- Good resistance to stress and sense of organization, team spirit \- Flexibility and strong customer orientation
