Your tasks: • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of meals according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion, and commissioning of the meals • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile: • Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience, advantageous • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, completion/regeneration and commissioning of meals • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Willingness to work at events • Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte cuisine • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
