As the most beautiful Robinson playground in Binningen, we offer children from 6 - 12 years pedagogical accompaniment in their free time. During 6 days a week, all children are welcome with us. Your tasks ### • Pedagogical care and accompaniment of children in everyday leisure life • Support for children in everyday and social situations • Planning and implementation of workshop offers and own projects • Accompaniment and support of FHNW students during their practical assignments • Co-responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the area • Care and feeding of the animals • Collaboration on seasonal events and projects, partly also outside regular working hours (e.g. Robifest, Binninger Markt, summer camp) Your profile ### • Completed training in social pedagogy FH or a comparable qualification • Experience in working with children and young people • Further training as a practice instructor (PA) or experience in accompanying FHNW students is an advantage • Manual skills and enjoyment of practical activities • Resilient, initiative and team-capable personality • Independent working method and pronounced sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of a dynamic, lively and nature-based working environment Our offer ### • A versatile and varied activity with scope for design • Collaboration in a committed and collegial team • A self-organized and dynamic working environment with high self-responsibility, short decision-making paths and active participation opportunities • Independent and responsible work • Contemporary employment conditions • Annual working hours • A centrally located and attractive workplace
