Land and right-of-way Manager 80% to 100%
In this role, you will work within the Lignes sector of the "Réseaux" department.
Your mission
You are responsible for negotiations with private owners, authorities, and other stakeholders concerning high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects. You ensure right-of-ways and easements, manage indemnities, and represent the company's interests in authorization procedures as well as during oppositions.
Furthermore, you manage and administer the company's real estate and land portfolio, including rentals, leases, as well as purchase and sale negotiations. You also commit to similar topics for the production department.
The position requires negotiation skills, determination, as well as solid knowledge in the field of land, real estate, and contract management.
Your profile
Basic commercial training EFZ or equivalent training
Several years of experience in administrative and coordination tasks
Experience in contacts with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners
Knowledge or experience in the field of real estate, easements, land registry, or right-of-ways
Writing skills
Technical and legal notions
Ability to take initiative in the development of solutions
Negotiation skills
Empathy
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
French or German native language with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2)
