It seeks to secure the collaboration of an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - HR ASSISTANT 60% CDI Your responsibilities You assist the director in all administrative and organizational tasks inherent to the management and leadership of an institution composed of approximately thirty employees. You participate in management meetings with partners and ensure the keeping of minutes. You handle the management's correspondence and organize documentary support. You apply the personnel policy. You perform tasks related to human resources, you ensure the management of working time and absences, as well as social insurance, in complete autonomy without a support service. You manage the personnel recruitment process and organize onboardings accordingly. You are the manager of the IT park and supplies. Your profile You benefit from commercial training (or a title deemed equivalent) preferably completed by the federal diploma of executive assistant. Experience in a similar position represents an asset. You are versatile, endowed with a keen sense of responsibility and priorities. You are flexible and rigorous in your tasks; you also demonstrate discretion and integrity. You have excellent writing skills and master common IT tools. Your criminal record is clean.
