During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete various assignments in our 4 business locations (Erlinsbach, Küttigen, Lostorf, Winznau) and our Service Center in Obergösgen. Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and directing bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in customer consultation • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either as an EFZ extended basic training or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## Schooling: • Completed secondary level at the highest school level with good grades • Very good German skills, proficient orally & in writing • Prerequisites to learn one or two foreign languages • With Berufsmaturität: Very good performance at the highest school level, passed entrance examination Personal: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and precise working • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
