We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain (M/F)

Reporting to the CEO, you will take responsibility for the entire Supply Chain: Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, Stocks and Sales Administration. Leading a team of approximately 20 employees, you will guarantee the fluidity of flows, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your mission

• Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in accordance with the company's objectives.
• Manage, develop and unite a team of approximately 20 people around a common vision.
• Drive S&OP and MPS processes to align demand, capacities and resources.
• Optimize stocks, flows and service levels to support the company's growth.
• Support transformation, digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
• Actively contribute to strategic decisions as a member of the Executive Committee

Profile ##

Your profile

• Proven experience in managing an industrial Supply Chain.
• Solid mastery of planning processes, flows and ERPs, ideally SAP.
• Strategic vision, pragmatism and strong results orientation.
• Taste for the field, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
