Your tasks ##

• Together with the vocational training team, you accompany, promote, and empower our apprentices on their way to becoming a healthcare specialist
• You work in direct care and support employees in complex care situations
• You carry out care and support measures and document them professionally; in addition, you specifically contribute your knowledge during classification according to the RAI-/RUG system
• You perform medical-technical tasks competently and pay attention to care and safety

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist (FaGe EFZ)
• You are a cheerful, empathetic personality who enjoys working with young people
• Ideally, you already have experience and training in vocational education. If not, we are happy to support you in obtaining this
• Interest in the optimization of care processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
