FAL.Care Santé Mentale, specializing in the support and care of people in psychological distress, is strengthening its multidisciplinary team and is looking for a nurse specialized in psychiatry for its Bienne site.

Your role:

Within our team, you will actively participate in the global care of patients and contribute to their daily support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of patients and ensure their nursing follow-up
• Prepare and administer prescribed treatments
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living
• Conduct assessment interviews and ensure adapted follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the various partners and professionals involved in the care

Your profile:

• You hold a HES Bachelor's, an ES diploma in nursing, or a diploma recognized by the CRS
• You have at least 2 years of experience in psychiatry
• You are bilingual French / German
• You master common office and IT tools
• You are organized and autonomous
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy contact with patients and care partners
• You are flexible and enjoy teamwork
