Who we are ### The SPF Mobilis GmbH ( www.spf-mobilis.ch ) supports families in the Canton of Bern within the framework of outpatient social pedagogical services (SPF & UWB). In doing so, we work closely with the SIT Institut Oberdiessbach and orient ourselves towards the solution-oriented approach of Systemic Interaction Counseling (further information at: www.sitinstitut.ch ). We are a committed, dynamic team with flat hierarchies, short communication channels, and a lot of enthusiasm for our work. To expand our team, we are looking for a specialist who has the desire and joy to accompany families on their way, make resources visible, and support parents in effecting sustainable changes. What awaits you with us ### Accompanying families You advise and accompany parents and families and support them in developing their own solutions and expanding their possibilities for action. Accompanying visitation rights You accompany and support parents and children in the exercise and/or handover of visitation rights (UWB) and thereby create a safe and reliable framework. Taking responsibility You manage your cases independently, document your work professionally, and can rely on the support of the management and the team at any time. Working in a network You are in exchange with social services, authorities, and specialist agencies and ensure good cooperation and common alignment. Growing in the team Intervision, meetings, professional exchange, and an open feedback culture are a matter of course for us. What you bring with you ### • You have completed training or a degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a related field. • You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in working with family systems in child protection (at a workload of at least 50%). • You are interested in working according to the SIT model - experience with it is a plus, not a requirement. • Your multi-partial, appreciative, and systemic attitude shapes the cooperation with the families as well as the entire helper system. • You enjoy self-reflection, personal responsibility, and attach great importance to your professional development. • You are resilient, bring humor, and always remain solution-oriented even in demanding situations. • You are open to irregular working hours as well as occasional shifts on Saturday (about 1-2 times per month). Fluctuating working hours and a monthly salary that adjusts flexibly according to the current workload are not an obstacle for you, but can be easily reconciled with your everyday life.
