What you will do with us ##

• Responsibility for the organization and selection of the training programs Nurse HF/FH and Midwife at all soH locations
• Implementation and further development of the practical training concepts and the learning area Transfercoaching
• Active participation in the implementation of the training obligation
• Professional support and advice for the vocational training managers and vocational trainers at the soH locations
• Support of learning processes for students Nurse HF/FH and Midwife in demanding situations
• Cooperation with various educational providers and other external cooperation partners

What you bring with you ##

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma with SRK recognition)
• At least two years of professional experience as a vocational trainer HF/FH
• MAS Training Management (or equivalent qualification) or federal diploma as a trainer with the willingness to complete the MAS Training Management
• Joy in knowledge transfer, instruction and implementation in learning processes and leadership experience
• High capacity for reflection as well as the motivation to continuously develop vocational training
