What you achieve

• You support several lawyers in objection and court proceedings, particularly in the electronic processing of administrative correspondence.

You independently manage business cases in various systems and carry out the retrieval and compilation of files for court proceedings.

You are responsible for the preparation and dispatch of legal briefs as well as the timely completion of mandate letters and powers of attorney.

You post invoices and monitor payment transactions.

Providing telephone and written information as well as making clarifications is also part of your area of responsibility.

You handle foreign recourse and take care of the posting and booking of invoices.

A multilingual daily working routine in German and French awaits you in our trilingual team.

What you bring

• You have completed basic commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

Your German skills are very good. French is a language that you understand and speak well. Italian language skills are an advantage.

Ideally, you bring professional experience in a law firm, court, or in the legal department of a social insurance provider.

You have very good user knowledge of MS Office.

You are used to working carefully and accurately and set the right priorities.

Your self-management and organizational skills are pronounced and your flexibility makes you a valued team member.

You are mostly on-site at Fluhmatt Luzern in exchange with the team - HomeOffice is possible after the probationary period.
