Your tasks

In this key position, you will take over the site management of operations maintenance at the Schönegg location and lead a team of five employees (with one management team colleague) across the other 4 operations and the pharmacy. You ensure that all services in the area of operations maintenance are provided professionally, economically, and in a customer-oriented manner. In doing so, you coordinate and supervise the maintenance, servicing, and repair work on buildings, technical systems, and outdoor facilities across all five locations. You are the contact person for internal and external partners, are responsible for purchasing as well as the budget, and ensure the management of inventories, machines, and operating resources. In addition, you work closely with property management companies, assume the function of safety officer, and organize training for employees. The organization as well as active participation in the on-call and winter service also belong to your area of responsibility.

As a leader, you lead the operations maintenance area technically and personally, promote the further development of your employees, and ensure optimal cooperation with the various interfaces. In addition, you drive the establishment of a training position and create the prerequisites to train apprentices EFZ in the future.

Your profile

Janitor with a federal certificate of proficiency or Facility Manager FH
Training as a safety officer (SiBe)
Further education or training course as a vocational training officer
Additional further training in the areas of leadership, technology, or facility management is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in operations maintenance or facility management
Several years of leadership experience
Experience in the management of technical systems and buildings
Experience in the application of CAFM systems is an advantage
Experience in budget responsibility and procurement processes
Negotiation skills in dealing with service providers and suppliers
Flexibility, willingness for on-call service rates (allowances)
Strong leadership and social competence
Business-oriented thinking and acting
High service and customer orientation
