Exciting tasks await: • You exercise personnel (around 10 employees) and operational management of the team in close cooperation with the Accommodation Management Care UMA. • You maintain contact and regular exchange with important involved partners, as well as the neighborhood. • You maintain regular exchange with superiors, trusted persons, and managers in the cantonal asylum accommodations. • You support employees in implementing the support needs of young women. • You are motivated to work in different shifts between 06.30 and 22.30, as well as irregularly on weekends and holidays. What you bring: • A completed degree in Social Pedagogy / Social Work FH (or comparable training) combined with several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of migration, women's and girls' work. • Leadership experience in teams and complex operations, as well as further education in the fields of systemic-solution-oriented work. • Identify with the concept of the new authority • A high level of resilience, flexibility, humor, and an extremely positive basic attitude. • Very good German language skills in word and writing, as well as ideally oral foreign language skills Benefits We offer flexible working options, a wide range of further education and attractive social benefits.
