As a service specialist for warehouse management, you support our customers with warehouse and supply solutions such as shelving systems and digital dispensing machines. You ensure that the required consumables are available at all times and support our customers with reliable and professional service on-site. In doing so, you undertake independent management, ensure high product availability, and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and mutual success through your commitment. As a direct contact person on-site, you represent Würth and create visible added value for our customers through your reliable way of working.
Tasks
Independent support and management of warehouse management systems and digital dispensing machines at our customers' sites
Monitoring and ensuring high product availability through regular stock controls and reorders
Filling, refilling, labeling, and maintaining the shelving systems
Ensuring a clean, clear, and sales-promoting product presentation
Processing returns and send-backs in cooperation with internal contact persons
Regular checking of the systems for completeness and functionality
Active communication with customers as well as internal specialist departments
Requirements
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent activity in the field
High service and customer orientation
Very good German skills in speaking and writing. French skills are an advantage
Structured, reliable, and careful way of working
Organizational talent as well as initiative and sense of responsibility
Flexibility and willingness to respond to different customer requirements
Confident handling of digital work tools
Experience in warehouse management, logistics, technical environments, or trades is an advantage
High willingness to travel and a category B driver's license
