Project Manager: Construction Management / Client Representation 80 - 100 % Luzern You actively contribute to the implementation of Suva's real estate strategy with economic, social, and environmentally relevant topics. What you achieve • You lead and develop demanding renovation, conversion, and new construction projects of Suva in your market area. • You are responsible for the implementation of client-side tasks and project-related decisions regarding partner selection, economy, and quality. • You coordinate and manage planners, external client representatives, and other contractors in all project phases from strategic planning to realization and on to defect correction and warranty management. • You work interdisciplinary with the portfolio and asset managers of our real estate department. What you bring • You have a degree (ETH, university/college of applied sciences) as an architect, civil engineer, or have completed a technical college. A postgraduate degree in business administration or real estate management is an advantage.  • You have several years of experience in project management and in leading construction projects. • You are willing to travel within the framework of your projects (approx. 20-30%). • You have a command of German at a native level. French language skills are a plus.
