Senior Controller (80 - 100%)

To strengthen our Finance and Controlling department, we are looking for a Senior Controller (80-100%) as soon as possible. Your new challenge As a Senior Controller, you will take on a central business partner role and actively develop effective controlling. You will be responsible for defined areas and advise management on all business and financial issues. You will strengthen know-how, convey financial relationships in a target-group-specific manner, and ensure quality and financial responsibility. You will significantly contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, support accounting, and further develop planning and control instruments. Additionally, you will ensure governance, standards, and compliance, monitor guidelines, and drive the further development of processes and tools in the finance and controlling environment. Further focal points include the independent management of projects, the optimization of processes, systems, and interfaces, as well as the establishment of a consistent data basis for analyses and reporting. In committees, you will represent the finance function competently and work closely with internal stakeholders. Your profile You must have training as an expert in accounting and controlling, as well as long-term experience in controlling or finance. In-depth knowledge of IFRS, pronounced analytical skills, and a high level of numerical understanding characterize you. You work independently, responsibly, and reliably. You also pursue complex topics in a structured, precise, and high-quality manner until a solution is found. You bring very good SAP knowledge (FI/CO) and experience with BI tools is a plus. As a communicative, solution-oriented personality, you act in a networked, initiative, and responsible manner. Very good German language skills and good knowledge of a second official language round out your profile.
