Project Manager in Maintenance

What you can achieve. • You lead demanding projects in the maintenance of rolling stock - from initiation through planning to successful completion. • As a Project Manager, you optimize processes and actively drive the strategic further development of the area. • In this function, you plan and control resources, deadlines, and capacities and ensure the achievement of objectives. • You coordinate interfaces as well as internal and external stakeholders and promote effective cross-departmental cooperation. • In your role, you contribute to the sustainable further development of maintenance in the sense of a stable and robust operation. • You make a significant contribution to the efficient migration and further development of the fleet (e.g., phase-outs and changes in the rolling stock portfolio). What you bring with you. • You think entrepreneurially, work analytically, and have a pronounced understanding of complex relationships. • For this function, you bring sound experience in leading projects of medium to high complexity and have already successfully implemented demanding undertakings or sub-projects. • You have experience in technical and/or commercial project management, particularly in: analysis of technical variants, feasibility assessments, and the development of sound decision-making bases. • As a Project Manager, you have a completed technical education (at least Fachhochschule) as well as several years of relevant professional experience. • Further training in business administration as well as knowledge of rolling stock technology or in a related technical environment are an advantage. • You communicate fluently in German (at least C1); knowledge of a second national language is desirable, French is an advantage.
