For our Donor Contact Center in Bern, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement. Together with your team, you will be the first point of contact for our donors and thus help to ensure the blood supply and save lives. What you can achieve • Advising donors from the existing donor base and motivating them to donate blood • Appointment scheduling for blood donation and data maintenance in the appointment reservation system • Providing medical information to our donors (by telephone / in writing via email) • Completion of general administrative tasks (e.g., correspondence) • Processing feedback from our donors What you bring with you • Completed basic training and experience in the area of Customer Service/telephony • Good MS Office skills • Sense of duty, an exact way of working, and high customer orientation • Fluent German skills as well as good French skills • Joy in contacting people as well as strong empathy • Flexibility for irregular working hours from Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts) What awaits you with us A exciting and meaningful activity in an upbeat team with appreciative cooperation.
