Immobilienbewirtschafter/-in (80% -100%) Your tasks You will independently manage a mixed portfolio of residential properties and commercial spaces as well as individual floor and co-ownership communities, with a great deal of personal responsibility and scope for design. In doing so, you will take on, among other things: Independent, active management and responsibility for a real estate portfolio Comprehensive representation of the ownership against tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities and other stakeholder groups Organization and implementation of all rental and marketing activities (including acceptances, handovers, final settlements) Initial rentals Creation of residential and commercial rental contracts Value-maintaining and value-enhancing management of the properties Successful rental of vacancies Responsibility for invoicing and reminder system Holistic support of legal and insurance cases Conducting any negotiations before mediation authorities Creation and control of property settlements and annual budgets Review of heating and operating cost statements Creation of condition reports and reports Organization and support of maintenance and renovation work Acquisition of new mandates General administrative tasks : You ensure that our properties are managed professionally, economically and sustainably.
