Job Description ## Supervise, organize and coordinate a team of mason formwork shuttering workers. Plan the work in collaboration with the site manager. Perform and supervise traditional and metal formwork, shuttering, reinforcement and concreting work. Guarantee the execution quality of reinforced concrete structures in accordance with the plans. Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards and quality requirements. Manage material needs and ensure daily monitoring of work progress. Profile sought ## Confirmed experience as a Team Leader Mason Formwork Shuttering, ideally on civil engineering projects. Excellent mastery of traditional formwork, shuttering, reinforcement and reinforced concrete. Reading of plans and good knowledge of civil engineering construction techniques. Autonomous, rigorous and endowed with an excellent sense of responsibility. Recognized leadership, with a real ability to manage, motivate and advance a team. Driving license, an asset.
