The Abteilung Bezugsdienst acts as the legal service for tax collection. To strengthen our department, we are looking for a legal assistant as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks Drafting orders, objection decisions, and appeal decisions in tax collection matters Issuing security orders as well as conducting the corresponding attachment proceedings Examining complex tax collection cases and filing the associated lawsuits Representing the Kanton Zürich in the legal remedy and lawsuit proceedings pertaining to tax collection before all courts Binding advice to the municipal tax offices of the Kanton Zürich and the Kantonale Steueramt Zürich on legal matters regarding tax collection Active participation in projects Your profile Completed legal studies (MLaw or lic. iur.)
