Project Manager Execution Planning Architecture

Your tasks:

• Leading the projects in cooperation with clients, authorities and specialist planners
• Leading the internal project team
• Coordination between the office and external participants, securing the interfaces
• Ensuring qualitative and cost-efficient project processing
• Ensuring contract fulfillment
• Securing the required execution quality, compliance with deadlines and costs
• You are responsible for compliance with the regulations, standards and rulebooks of construction recognized in Switzerland

Your skills:

• Several years of experience in execution planning (SIA 102 phases)
• Independent project management and coordination of internal and external project teams
• Leadership experience and good communication skills
• Reliability, resilience and commitment
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form
