For our hearing centers in Luzern, we are looking for a Hearing System Acoustician Luzern 50-100% (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. YOUR TASK You will independently advise our customers from the first appointment and care for them closely beyond the sales conclusion. In doing so, you will maintain our existing customer base on the one hand and actively acquire new customers on the other. To this end, you will use our network, maintain contact with ENT doctors, and bring in your own ideas. Furthermore, you will be responsible for a customer-friendly, appealing hearing center and proactively bring in suggestions for improvement. You will use your key figures to achieve your goals in a targeted manner and take corresponding measures if necessary. YOUR PROFILE Ideally, you have completed training as a hearing system acoustician, have at least successfully completed level 1 (AHS) or journeyman (WIFI or similar). You enjoy your profession and want to further deepen your skills and knowledge. You are used to thinking and acting in a customer- and sales-oriented manner. Your good PC user skills support you in your daily work (common fitting tools, MS-Office). Your positive attitude, independence, and sense of responsibility help you achieve your goals effectively. Flexibility and willingness to work in various hearing centers within Basel Willingness to travel and ability to adapt to new environments.
