Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for our "Administration Commerciale" department for a: SALES INTERN (M/F) Mission: Participate in the complete processing of orders, from their entry to the receipt of products by our customers, in compliance with service offers and current customs regulations Ensure proactive follow-up and attentive support to our customers Responsibilities: Process orders from our international customers in the ERP, from their entry to their invoicing, in compliance with current deadlines and prices Prepare export documents, such as transport documents and customs declarations Organize the collection of goods by the freight forwarder and ensure the follow-up of the shipment until its destination Update work instructions Personal skills: Rigor and precision Sense of organization Logical and methodical mindset Analytical capacity Team spirit Flexibility and autonomy Communication skills and service orientation Excellent knowledge of French and English Internship conditions: Fixed-term contract of 6 to 9 months We offer: Friendly and collaborative working environment in a family setting 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks via daily compensatory time Flexible working hours Discounts with many partners Good social conditions jpid3a3be44jm jpit0832jm jpiy26jm
