• 24 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Winterthur We are looking for a Delivery Program Manager to be the planning and coordination hub of this delivery organization. In shipyards, our project managers are absorbed by daily details and the schedule never stops evolving - they have little time to plan ahead. This is where you come in: from Switzerland, you will hold the portfolio together, drive plans and documentation forward, coordinate suppliers, and consolidate everyone's contributions into a clear and shared view - so that projects run smoothly on site. You will also directly manage projects for European owners. • Be the holder of the consolidated view of our delivery portfolio - status, schedule, forecasts, resources, and risks - as a single source of truth from which the entire company plans. • Collect and consolidate the contributions of our regional project managers into a single project management tool, so that portfolio status and schedules are visible to all. • Maintain plans and schedules up to date as the delivery timeline evolves - proactively replan and reschedule while quickly reporting delays. • Align the creation, review, and delivery of project plans and technical documentation with our engineering teams and external design partners, tracked according to milestones and key stages. • Coordinate suppliers and contractors in Europe (shaft generators, drives, and electrical equipment) on scope, deliverables, and timelines. • Provide back-office planning and coordination from Switzerland to our regional teams in China, Korea, and Japan, so they can remain focused on the shipyard relationship. • Directly manage projects for European ship owners and retrofit, and act as a project manager if necessary.
