Internal Service Insurance Broker

To strengthen our team in Bern, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, resilient, and service-oriented personality. In this varied role, you will take responsibility in daily operations, support our customers with high professional competence, and actively contribute to the further development of our location.

YOUR TASKS

Coordination of daily operations in internal service as the central interface between customers, partners, and specialist departments

Creation and follow-up processing of offers, policies, and contract documents as well as comparison of coverage and conditions

Maintenance of customer and contract data in the existing system including deadline and appointment monitoring

Correspondence with customers, partners, and insurance companies in compliance with the regulatory requirements according to FINMA

WHAT YOU BRING

solid commercial basic training as well as completion as an insurance intermediary VBV or the willingness to acquire this promptly. Requirement for entry into the FINMA intermediary register

several years of professional experience in insurance internal service, ideally at a broker

very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, both business fluent in direct customer contact
