Job Coach / Consultant Professional Integration (60-80%) ##

ab December 2026 or by arrangement ###

Your main tasks

• Individual accompaniment and counseling of adolescents, young adults and/or adults in professional integration processes
• Accompaniment in the career choice process, during the search for apprenticeships and during initial training
• Accompaniment of adults in professional reintegration, job retention, professional reorientation or retraining in the primary labor market
• Analysis of complex professional, personal and health situations as well as development of individual integration and future perspectives
• Professional creation and optimization of application dossiers as well as preparation for job interviews
• Active acquisition of apprenticeships, training, assignment and jobs as well as targeted support in searching for jobs and apprenticeships
• Evaluation of suitable training and work opportunities as well as possible retraining measures
• Counseling and accompaniment of employers, employees and learners during challenges at the training or workplace
• Learning coaching, especially regarding school gaps and questions about learning organization
• Cooperation with therapists and other treating specialists
• Networking, triage and cooperation with social authorities, insurance companies and other specialist agencies
• Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation and ensuring a regular exchange of information with the involved agencies
• Reporting and independent case documentation
• Active co-design and further development of our coaching and integration methods

What you bring with you

• Experience in coaching, counseling or professional integration
• Advantageous is a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Vocational and Career Counseling or a comparable field; knowledge in Case Management
• Enjoyment of complex issues and strong analytical skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High communication and relationship competence
• Strong coordination and networking competence
• Very good organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and social assistance system is an advantage

Experience in the areas of mental health and work integration is welcome, but not a requirement.
