YOUR TASKS ##

• Admission, initial assessment, and care of emergency patients as well as their relatives
• Implementation of triage according to the ESI system (Emergency Severity Index)
• Constructive interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other professional groups
• Independent and reliable execution of physician-delegated measures such as performing ECGs, applying casts, and administration of medication
• Assistance with minor procedures as well as fast, safe, and situation-appropriate action in acute emergency situations and during resuscitation measures
• Professional, empathetic, and calm interaction with patients as well as their relatives - even in challenging situations
• Professional management of electronic patient documentation as well as completion of administrative tasks
• Structured and complete patient handover to the subsequent treatment unit in compliance with applicable quality and safety standards

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH with several years of professional experience in the acute care sector
• Further training as a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF is an advantage or the willingness to complete this
• High technical and social competence as well as enjoyment of continuous professional and personal development
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working even in demanding situations
• Loyal, communicative, and team-oriented personality with strong coordination and organizational skills
• High resilience, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
