Taking over the project management for the introduction of a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution as one of the central tasks in the first year. Overall responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, benefits, and risks of the projects. Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners as well as active stakeholder and change management. Analysis and structuring of requirements and development of sustainable solutions together with specialist departments, ICT architecture, information security, and operations. Your profile Completed studies (FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable training. Several years of experience in the successful management of complex ICT and digitalization projects. Sound knowledge of classical and/or agile project management methods; corresponding certifications are an advantage. Strong business and process understanding as well as experience in working with specialist departments, ICT specialists, and external partners. Analytical and structured way of working, strong communication and leadership skills, as well as very good German and good English skills; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
