The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, procurement and assets as well as IT services. Mission : • Carry the vision, roadmap and evolution of the Data Platform in order to support business needs in BI, analytics, data science and AI. • Collect, challenge and prioritize business needs, then translate them into concrete platform capacities, services and evolutions. • Define and enforce platform standards: architecture, catalogue, quality, security, documentation, industrialization and best practices. • Ensure the consistency of the Data architecture with IT architects, security, data governance and external partners. • Manage the operational functioning of the platform: support, requests, incidents, KPI, costs, service levels and continuous improvement. • Accompany Data competency centers, support less mature entities and animate the Data Platform community. • Contribute to governance, compliance, data protection, fine-grained access management and enhancement of the company's Data assets. Profile : • Higher education in computer science, information systems, data engineering, data science, statistics or equivalent training. • Proven experience in managing Data projects, products or services, ideally in a role of Platform Owner, Product Owner, Service Owner or Data Lead. • Good understanding of modern Data architectures, cloud platforms, BI, data engineering, data science and solution industrialization. • Knowledge of data governance: catalogue, quality, lineage, security, access management, documentation and data lifecycle. • Ability to structure a roadmap, prioritize requests, coordinate partners and transform business needs into robust and value-creating solutions. • Interpersonal skills with business units, IT, architecture, security, data owners, data stewards and external partners. • Desired knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Entra ID or equivalent solutions. • Transversal leadership, autonomy, analytical and synthesis skills, quality orientation, sense of service and ability to unite in an evolving environment.
