Sales Manager Hardware (m/f/d)

Are you active in sports all year round – on the slopes in winter, on the bike or the golf course in summer? For our sports shop in Laax, we are looking for you as Sales Manager Hardware – with leadership strength and broad sports know-how.

Your tasks:
– Leadership of our sales team in the hardware area (winter: ski/snowboard, summer: golf & e-mountain bike)
– competent advice regarding skis, snowboards, bindings & boots as well as golf equipment and e-mountain bikes
– responsibility for purchasing, assortment and merchandise planning across both seasons
– organization of the ski, snowboard and bike rental
– assortment maintenance and attractive product presentation
– responsibility for turnover and stock in the hardware area

What you bring with you:
– profound product knowledge in at least one of the areas of winter sports, golf or e-mountain bike, ideally more broadly positioned
– experience in specialist sports retail, ideally with leadership experience
– organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
– enjoyment of customer contact and genuine sports enthusiasm
