Your area of responsibility ##

Part of a unique rehab concept for children, adolescents and families.

As a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry, you will become part of a multi-professional team that accompanies young people on their way - with expertise, creativity and a real sense of togetherness.

• Psychiatric diagnostics and therapy planning: You care for children and adolescents with psychosomatic complaints during their rehabilitation and create individual treatment plans.
• Therapeutic accompaniment at eye level: As part of our family-oriented approach, you conduct empathetic individual and family interviews and actively involve parents in the therapy process.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely networked with specialists from psychology, pediatrics, nursing and pedagogy - together you ensure sustainable treatment success.
• Use diverse therapy methods: With us, you can help shape modern, multimodal therapy approaches - from talk and behavioral therapy to creative and animal-assisted therapies or relaxation techniques.
• Shaping and further development: Your ideas are in demand! You have the opportunity to actively participate in the expansion of our parent-child rehab offering, which is unique in Switzerland, and to introduce new concepts.

Your profile ##

We are not looking for an "ideal candidate" on paper - but for people who work with sound professional knowledge, have a human impact and bring a desire for new things.

• A recognized specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH or equivalent) - also welcome if shortly before completion of specialist training.
• Experience in clinical work with children, adolescents and their families, ideally in a psychosomatic or rehabilitative environment.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills: You value intensive exchange within the team and work cooperatively; flat hierarchies and a familial "Du" environment are important to you.
• Openness to innovative therapy concepts and enjoyment in also taking unconventional paths to promote the well-being of our patients.
• Initiative and desire to shape: You want to contribute, take responsibility and actively help shape our department with your ideas.
• Interest in a living environment with quality of life - in the middle of nature, with good infrastructure for families.
