Tasks • Advice and support to managers and persons responsible for personnel within their area of competence within the Cantonal Administration • Responsibility for the entire human resources life cycle, from recruitment to development to exit • Accompanying change processes and reorganizations • Accompanying recruitment processes (including personality profile analysis, assessment) • Advice and support to managers in succession planning and talent development • Carrying out HR training intended for managers and staff • Leading and participating in projects for the optimization and digitalization of HR processes or specialist applications • Partner in the implementation of the HR strategy What we expect from you • Federal professional certificate in human resources or university diploma with specialization in human resources or similar direction • Several years of experience in a consultative function in the field of human resources, ideally as an HR business partner • Autonomous, structured, reliable and discreet way of working • Affinity for digital technologies and modern means of communication • Confident presence and ability to support managers in a constructive manner • Resilience and confident and appropriate communication • Empathetic, team-oriented and authentic personality, with a positive attitude We look forward to receiving your online application and would be pleased to meet you.
