The municipality of Oberengstringen is located on the right side of the Limmattal between forest and Limmat, directly on the city border to Zürich. It is characterized by a good infrastructure and a diverse and active village life. The community-based youth work of the municipality makes an important contribution to the development of young people and takes on a variety of tasks in the municipality as part of its socio-cultural mission. We are looking for an Open Youth Work Oberengstringen as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement, a maternity leave replacement with prospects for an unlimited employment contract. Our team consists of three specialists. Due to the team constellation, we prefer a female-reading person, but welcome all applications. Emil, our office dog, occasionally strengthens our team. In structuring our activities, we are flexible, but orient ourselves to the municipality's youth work concept. Societally relevant topics as well as the promotion of equal opportunities through our non-formal offers are just as important to us as lived diversity. Our main working hours are between Wednesday and Friday, also occasionally on Saturdays, within the framework of the annual working time.
